VeriPac D-Series
The VeriPac D-Series are versatile non-destructive package inspection systems for foil barrier pouches, poly peelable chevron pouches, sachets, stick packs and various types of flexible packaging.
The VeriPac D-Series configuration features a convenient drawer-style chamber for easy handling and testing convenience. It can test down to very small leak sizes and is capable of testing different size pouches and even multiple pouches in a single test cycle without any changeover in parts or system settings. This test method is a practical alternative to destructive testing because it has been successful at cost saving, waste reduction and elimination of operator error. VeriPac leak testers provide quantitative data and test results that are measurable and repeatable.
The VeriPac D-Series utilizes our patented flex chamber that conforms to the package shape and size. The flexible membrane reduces headspace for maximum test sensitivity in pouches up to 30” by 30”. Real time inspection data is available in numerical, statistical and graphic formats.
VeriPac testers utilize an ASTM vacuum decay leak test method recognized by the FDA as a standard for package integrity testing. This test method was developed using VeriPac leak test instruments.
