Installation, Start-up & Training
PTI service engineers are available for on-site assistance, startup and training of equipment. If it is determined that a PTI service engineer will be required for the startup and training of the equipment, the total time (including travel time) will be billed at a predetermined hourly rate. All travel and living expenses incurred by our service engineer will be billed at cost to the customer. PTI attempts to find the lowest airfare for each trip and the most reasonable hotel rate. PTI maintains national contracts with rental car companies for the best rates.
