1 Year Parts and Labor
Unless otherwise specified, PTI warrants products to the buyer for a period of 12 months from the date of shipment to be free from defects in workmanship and materials. PTI will replace any part that fails during the warranty period due to workmanship or materials, FOB, Tuckahoe, NY, when customer has notified PTI within 30 days of the failure. Field warranty service time will be charged at the service rate in effect during the warranty period, (see start-up & training). All warranty travel and living expenses incurred by PTI’s service engineer will be billed at cost to the customer. The customer may return the system to PTI for warranty repair, shipped prepaid, PTI will then return the system repaired collect to customer.
